Software built for how construction actually runs.
From WBS to issues, daily reports to client deliverables — PleoStack replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and generic tools your site teams are stuck with.
Built for civil engineering operations.
Not retrofitted from a generic tool — every workflow was designed alongside real site teams, across three tightly-integrated pillars.
Schedule the work, not the paperwork.
One work breakdown structure, read seven ways — Outline, Table, Board, Timeline, Calendar, Lookahead and Workload — with dependencies, baselines and a status workflow built for construction.
A Timeline with real dependencies
Link items as blocks, precedes or follows, each with a lag in days. The Timeline draws the links and marks the critical path, with float worked out on a Monday–Friday week. Drag a bar and the change waits in a review tray until you apply it.
WBS codes the software keeps
Phases, activities, tasks and subtasks, each numbered by the server from its position. Move an item and it renumbers. Commit a baseline and the Timeline draws it under the current bar, so slippage shows.
Workload against a real working day
Assign items to people on the project. The Workload lens divides each person’s assigned effort by their own hours per working day and shows who is over-allocated.
Site management that lives in the field.
Inspections, daily logs and defects captured at the workface in a phone browser, not typed up back at the office.
Daily site diary
Log work, weather, headcount, and plant from a phone browser, photos attached, then submit the log for approval.
Inspections & sign-off
A starter set of construction checklist templates, a sequential Performer → Checker → Approver sign-off, and a failed item that can raise a tracked defect.
Photo & defect tracking
Quality, safety and snagging defects in one register with one lifecycle. Assign an owner, then close each one with fix notes and photos on the record, without a single email thread.
Project records without the binder culture.
One shared file library per project, a controlled register of the materials the project may use, and inspection sign-offs recorded with who and when.
One file library per project
Everyone on the project works in the same folder tree, so “where does this go” has one answer. Drop files onto it — several at once, any type, up to 25 MB each — and they land in the folder you have open.
A register of approved materials
Each approval names the manufacturer, can name the brand and the approved suppliers, and gets its own number — MS-001, MS-002. Name the suppliers and the delivery form offers only those.
Sign-offs on the record
Inspections move through a sequential Performer → Checker → Approver chain, and every verdict change is kept on the item with who made it and when.

See Construction Hub on a real project
30-minute demo with the team. We'll show you the product on your real workflows — no slides, no generic pitch.
Every workflow — WBS to issues — was designed alongside civil engineering site teams, not adapted from a generic template.
Pricing that fits your operation.
Construction operations don't fit a one-size pricing grid. Every plan runs the full platform — we scope the number around the size of your operation, then build it into a plan that makes sense.
Sized to your operation
Pricing scales with the size and shape of your operation — a five-person crew and a national contractor don't land on the same number.
Onboarding included
Every plan includes a hands-on onboarding session. We configure your project structure, WBS templates, and workflows before your team goes live.
No lock-in surprises
Transparent contract terms, no auto-renewal traps, and a direct line to the team. We'd rather earn your renewal than trap you into one.
