PleoStack is mobile-first — designed for phones and tablets in the field. It works as a progressive web app (PWA), so there's no app store download needed. Just visit on your phone, log in, and optionally add it to your home screen for a full-screen app-like experience. Works on iOS and Android. Native apps (iOS / Android) are coming in a future release.

Yes. We support importing from spreadsheets, CSV files, and common construction PM tools. Our team handles the migration as part of onboarding.

All data is hosted on Microsoft Azure with encryption at rest and in transit, on enterprise-grade infrastructure.

You do. Your project data belongs to your organization, and you can request a full export of your data at any time.

PleoStack has granular role-based permissions. You control who can view, edit, approve, or export data at the module, project, and team level. Subcontractors only see what you share with them.

PleoStack is designed to be your system of record — the canonical place where project data lives. We support data export, and integration with accounting, ERP, and BIM tools is on the roadmap.
