Every angle of project health, pre-built

Six dashboards pull from live data — no spreadsheet formulas, no manual compilation, no setup.

Six pre-built reports from live data

Progress, Issues, Inspection/QC, Schedule, Materials, and Project Summary — six analytics dashboards with zero setup. Data pulls from live project state: WBS items, inspections, issues, materials, and daily logs.

  • No configuration — reports populate as soon as modules are used
  • Donut, bar, area, and trend charts generated automatically
  • Each report card shows a live stat from current project data
  • Project Summary combines five key metrics on one executive screen

Progress, issues & schedule tracking

The Progress report shows completion from WBS data with monthly trends. The Issues report tracks open defects, aging, and resolution rates — items open more than 14 days highlighted in red. The Schedule report color-codes everything overdue by severity.

  • Completion percentage, status donut, and monthly trend charts
  • Average resolution time and aging trend for issues
  • Overdue severity colors: red (14+ days), orange (7–14), yellow (1–7)
  • Due date trend charts show whether the trajectory is improving

Quality & materials analytics

The Inspection/QC report tracks pass rates across the project, broken down by collection to show which inspection types produce the most failures. The Materials report monitors cost against budget with delivery trends and low-stock alerts.

  • Pass rate percentage with inspection status donut
  • Passed vs. failed per checklist collection
  • Budget vs. delivered vs. consumed with cost variance
  • Low-stock alerts flag materials below 10% of budget quantity

Filter, export, and see the portfolio

Date range presets, status, assignee, priority, and collection filters — active filters show as pills and charts update instantly. Export any filtered view as CSV or print/PDF. Managing multiple projects? The Portfolio Overview shows health across all of them.

  • Date presets: 7d, 30d, 90d, quarter — plus custom ranges
  • Active filters as pills with one-click clear
  • CSV download or print/PDF in two clicks
  • Portfolio table with On Track, At-Risk, and Behind indicators

Why switch from manual reporting?

Most construction teams compile reports in spreadsheets. Here's what breaks.

The old way

  • Reports compiled weekly by pulling numbers from different sources — WBS spreadsheet, inspection logs, material trackers. Hours of manual work.
  • Charts built by hand in Excel. Formatting takes as long as gathering the data. Every chart is a one-off effort.
  • No filtering capability. Want to see just overdue items in Phase 3? Manually sort and filter the spreadsheet, then re-build the chart.
  • Portfolio view requires a separate master spreadsheet maintained by hand. Project managers email their numbers to the portfolio lead.
  • Historical trends require maintaining months of data in parallel sheets. Most teams give up and only report current state.

With Construction Hub

  • Six reports pre-built and always current. Data pulls from live project state — WBS, inspections, issues, materials, daily logs.
  • Charts generated automatically. Donut, bar, area, and trend charts render from real data with zero manual formatting.
  • Filter by date, status, assignee, priority, or collection. Active filters show as pills. Charts update instantly.
  • Portfolio Overview shows all projects with health indicators. Drill into any project without switching spreadsheets.
  • Trend charts built in. Monthly progress, aging analysis, cost trajectories — all maintained automatically as data accumulates.
