PMCs and Owner's Representatives manage without building — which means you need visibility into what every contractor is doing, and the ability to report accurately to every client, without chasing data.
PMCs sit between clients and contractors. Your software needs to work for both.
You’re managing multiple contractors, multiple clients, and dozens of concurrent projects. You need one dashboard across your projects — not 15 separate spreadsheets.
Your clients expect professional, timely progress reports. Rebuilding them by hand from contractor-submitted data takes hours every month. PleoStack compiles a client report from the daily logs already approved on the project.
When the owner or regulator asks for evidence, you need the record, not a search through inboxes. Inspections keep every verdict and sign-off with who and when, and daily logs carry their approval and edit history.
Which projects need attention? The Portfolio Dashboard reads across the projects you’re a member of, and each project’s own dashboard and reports go a level deeper — before a problem becomes your liability.
Most PMCs start with visibility and reporting, then add field control modules.
Control and clarity across your entire programme portfolio.
Common questions from project management companies evaluating PleoStack.
Yes. Projects are unlimited on every plan, and each project has its own team, reports and client reports. A client’s representatives are added to the projects they are on, under the built-in Client Representative role. We’ll show you how you would set it up for your clients in the demo.
Yes. Contractors join the projects they work on under a role — Contractor and Subcontractor are two of the eleven built-in construction roles, and you can create your own — and take their turn on the inspections they are named on. External members such as contractors and consultants are free and unlimited on every plan.
Each project has one shared document library — a folder tree everyone on the project works in, taking any file type up to 25 MB each. Documents are filed, not routed for review. What is signed off in PleoStack is the work itself: inspections move through a Performer → Checker → Approver chain, and each verdict is kept with who made it and when.
Custom branding for client-facing reports and portals is available for enterprise customers. Talk to our team about your specific requirements when you book a demo.
Each inspection keeps its verdicts, sign-offs and activity with who and when, and a completed inspection can be exported as a PDF report or sent to an auditor as a read-only link that expires. Daily logs carry their approval and edit history. A full export of your data is produced by our team on request.
