Completed Inspection

What the completed inspection view shows — outcome banners, multi-party comparison table, PDF export, and audit trail.

An inspection reaches its completed state when every party has signed off and no item is left failed — a failure at any review step returns the record to the Performer for another cycle instead of completing it. This view shows the outcome, a comparison of all party verdicts, and options for export and audit.

Outcome Banner

The top of the page shows the inspection result:

OutcomeColorMeaning
PassGreenEvery item passed or was marked N/A across all parties. Inspection is complete.

A completed inspection is always a Pass. There is no completed-and-failed state — while any item is failed, the record stays in progress with the Performer.

Statistics displayed:

  • Total items inspected
  • Pass / Fail / N/A breakdown per party
  • Duration (start to completion)
  • Reinspection count (how many cycles occurred)

Comparison Table

The completed view shows a multi-party comparison table — all party verdicts displayed side by side for each checklist item:

ColumnContent
ItemChecklist item label and section
PerformerPerformer's verdict + notes + evidence
CheckerChecker's verdict + notes
ApproverApprover's verdict + notes

Disagreements are highlighted — where parties gave different verdicts on the same item. This makes it easy to see where opinions diverged.

PDF exports are useful for client reporting, regulatory compliance records, internal quality audits, and archiving completed inspections.
