Completed Inspection
What the completed inspection view shows — outcome banners, multi-party comparison table, PDF export, and audit trail.
After all parties have finished their review and the Approver accepts (or rejects), the inspection enters its completed state. This view shows the final outcome, a comparison of all party verdicts, and options for export and audit.
Outcome Banner
The top of the page shows the inspection result:
| Outcome | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Pass | Green | All items passed across all parties. Inspection is complete. |
| Fail | Red | One or more items failed. Linked punch items shown. |
Statistics displayed:
- Total items inspected
- Pass / Fail / N/A breakdown per party
- Duration (start to completion)
- Reinspection count (how many cycles occurred)

Comparison Table
The completed view shows a multi-party comparison table — all party verdicts displayed side by side for each checklist item:
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Item | Checklist item label and section |
| Performer | Performer's verdict + notes + evidence |
| Checker | Checker's verdict + notes |
| Approver | Approver's verdict + notes |
Disagreements are highlighted — where parties gave different verdicts on the same item. This makes it easy to see where opinions diverged.

Sharing & PDF Export
Share completed inspection results or generate a downloadable PDF report:

The PDF includes project header, all verdicts with party attribution, embedded photos with GPS coordinates, and digital signatures (party name and submission timestamp).
PDF exports are useful for client reporting, regulatory compliance records, internal quality audits, and archiving completed inspections.
Audit Trail
The activity log records every significant event in the inspection's history:
| Event Type | What It Records |
|---|---|
| Created | Who created the inspection and when |
| Started | When the performer began |
| Verdicts | Individual item verdicts with timestamps |
| Submissions | When each party submitted their review |
| Approvals/Rejections | The approver's decision |
| Reinspections | When and why cycles occurred |
| Reassignments | Party changes during the inspection |
Access via the Activity tab in the info panel (right sidebar). Events are shown in reverse chronological order.

The audit trail is immutable — events cannot be edited or deleted after recording.
