Inspections Hub — Overview

What the Inspections list page shows and how to manage your inspections.

The Inspections Hub is your central view of all inspections on a project. Every inspection is listed with its status, progress, current party, and assignee — giving you a quick read on where things stand.

What You See

When you open Inspections, you see a table (or cards on mobile) showing all inspections:

ColumnWhat It Shows
NameInspection name — hover it to see the collection or checklist it came from
ScopeThe WBS item it covers (code and name), "N WBS items" when it covers several, or its custom or standalone label
StatusNot Started, In Progress, Completed or Cancelled — a sequential run in progress names whose turn it is. The column is hidden while the list is grouped by status, which is how it opens
ProgressA percentage bar — how many items have a verdict
AssigneeThe team member the inspection is assigned to
UpdatedRelative timestamp of the last change

Location and Parties are columns too, hidden to start with — bring them back from the Display menu.
