Sent & Archived

The delivery record — what the Sent tab tracks, and what archiving a report does.

The Sent tab is the third tab of the Reports hub. It is the record of what has actually gone to the client — useful when someone asks in month nine what was reported in month three.

Sent — every delivered report, with the date it went out

What It Shows

A report appears here once you press Mark as Sent. Each row carries the report title, a Sent or Archived badge, the period it covers, and the date it was marked sent.

Clicking a row opens the preview, not the composer — this tab is for reading what was delivered, not for changing it.

The row menu offers:

ActionWhen it appears
View ReportAlways
ArchiveOnly while the report is still Sent

Archiving

Archiving marks a report closed. It stays in this list and stays readable, but it is done with — and there is no way to un-archive it. The confirmation says as much before you commit.

Use it to keep the list honest: archive the reports for periods that are closed out, and leave the current ones visible.

The Empty State

Before you have marked anything sent, the tab reads No Sent Reports — "Reports you share or deliver will appear here as an archive of all deliveries."

Creating a share link is not the same as marking it sent

The two are independent. A report can have a live share link and still not appear here until you press Mark as Sent, and marking it sent does not create or change any link. Do both: create the link for the client, then mark it sent for your own record.
