Questions

Why didn't my budget change save?

Unit Rate must be more than 0. If it isn't, the page says “Enter a unit rate above 0 to save.” and nothing is saved. To remove a Planned Quantity, empty the field and save.

Can I change a QC test result after saving it?

No. Record Result is offered only while a test is pending, and a test with a result can't be deleted: it stays on the material's record. To test the batch again, schedule a new test.

Who is told when a QC test result is recorded?

The person who scheduled the test gets a notification, unless they recorded the result themselves. Nobody else is told.

Can I delete a material that has QC tests?

No. A material with any QC test, delivery, usage entry or stock adjustment on record can't be deleted, and the message says what is on record. Its tests and certificates stay with it. To correct its stock, record a stock adjustment.
