Inspections Hub — Overview
What the Inspections list page shows and how to manage your inspections.
The Inspections Hub is your central view of all inspections on a project. Every inspection is listed with its status, progress, current party, and assignee — giving you a quick read on where things stand.
What You See
When you open Inspections, you see a table (or cards on mobile) showing all inspections:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Name | Inspection name — hover it to see the collection or checklist it came from |
| Scope | The WBS item it covers (code and name), "N WBS items" when it covers several, or its custom or standalone label |
| Status | Not Started, In Progress, Completed or Cancelled — a multi-party inspection names whose turn it is until it is completed or cancelled. The column is hidden while the list is grouped by status, which is how it opens |
| Progress | A percentage bar — how many items have a verdict |
| Assignee | The team member the inspection is assigned to |
| Updated | Relative timestamp of the last change |
Location and Parties are columns too, hidden to start with — bring them back from the Display menu.

- Whose turn it is shows in the Status column on a multi-party inspection — group by something other than Status to see it

Questions
Who is the Assignee?
The person in the first party slot, the Performer. It doesn't change as the inspection moves on to the Checker or Approver. To see whose turn it is now, group the list by something other than Status and read the Status column.
Who can delete an inspection?
The project owner can delete any inspection. Other people can delete one only if their role allows deleting inspections, and only one they created. Everyone else is refused.
What happens to the issues when an inspection is deleted?
They stay in the Issues register with their history, and they can still be closed. Closing an inspection's issue normally waits for that inspection's reinspection; once the inspection is deleted or cancelled, there is nothing left to wait for, so a Fixed issue can move to Closed.
