Rules Worth Knowing

  • Nothing is required while drafting. Completeness is only checked when you press Submit.
  • To submit, at least one of Manpower (company plus headcount), Work Performed (area plus description), Delays (description plus duration) or Notes must be filled in.
  • You cannot approve your own log. The rule is enforced on the server.
  • Only drafts can be edited or deleted, whatever your role.
  • Only approved logs are compiled into a client report — plus submitted ones on a project that does not require approval.

Questions

Can I add my own delay causes?

No, the list is fixed. Choose Other and say what happened in the description.

What happens to a draft's photos when I delete it?

They're deleted with it. Deleting a draft can't be undone.

Can I fix a mistake in a log that's already approved?

No. Approved and submitted logs are read-only for everyone, whatever their role. Write the correction in the next day's Notes.
