Settings — Overview
Where organization and project settings live, how the Organization and Project scopes work, and who can open each page.
Settings holds the configuration for your organization and for each project, the people who can work in them, and your own notification preferences. Open it from your account menu: choose Settings.
Two scopes
The scope picker at the top of Settings chooses which set of pages you see: Organization or Project. On a computer the pages are listed down the left; on a phone they sit in a strip under the picker.

Members & Roles and project Members are not listed on a phone: managing people and permissions is desk work.
Who can open what
Each page follows the permissions of your role. If your role does not include the permission a page needs, the page tells you so instead of showing the form. Ask an organization owner or an admin if you need access. Notifications is open to everyone, because those are your own preferences.

Questions
Why isn't Settings in my account menu?
On the Portfolio Dashboard it only appears once there's a project you can open. Open a project first, or ask your organization's owner to add you to one.
I belong to more than one organization. How do I switch?
On the Portfolio Dashboard, use the switcher at the top of the sidebar. It lists your organizations only when you belong to more than one.
Can I hand over ownership of the organization?
Not in the app. There's no setting that changes who the owner is.
